Hello everybody!
Life has been very busy and, for the most part, very good. I hope it has been the same for each of you.
I have been gone on shoots from the East coast to the West coast and in between....
Over the past years I have been fortunate to shoot in Mystic, Connecticut. We not only shot homes but we also shot there for the cookbook. I fell in love with the quaint town and the area the very first time I went there. A couple of weeks ago I went back to look at homes and decided the time has come to make my move. As much as I love my little house (and wish I could just move it with me) I put it on the market.

Good luck on your sale, Fifi! The magazine looks great and I can't wait to get the new one! All the pictures look so beautiful. I've realized that my home does not compare to any of these, so while I told you I would send pictures, I have decided not to. I will definitely enjoy getting lost in these rooms though!

Dearest Fifi,
Congrats on that move to Mystic, CT. It is a lovely area, we did consulting work in the area and spent some time dining there. Wishing you good luck with selling you darling house in Florida.
French Country looks very promising, at least from your sampler photos.

Awwwww, your sweet precious house, i bet you do wish you could take it with you. And... it's kind of exciting too that you will be able to find another adorable cottage to dress up! The magazines look luscious... can't wait to get my hands on them. I don't know how you do it all, I can't even conceive of traveling so many places and meeting so many people. I get anxiety attacks driving to work!

You are such a little dynamo, packing more into a day than I am able to in a week and a half! How fun to make a new property "yours", but I don't envy you the packing up of your current charmer, which looks much bigger inside than outside! I was chuckling to see your office, looks a lot like mine - packed to the rafters with books, files, samples etc etc. Hope you have lots of willing hands to help out. Bonne Chance!

Dearest Fifi: Soooooo excited about your move to Mystic, CT! I live in East Windsor, CT and have been to Mystic Seaport many times, dating way back to 5th grade class trip. CT country towns are absolutely beautiful. You will only add to the beauty with your passion for decorating. Best wishes.

Hi Fifi! I can't believe that you are giving up your sweet cottage/bungalow but I can see why you would want to move to Mystic. I have been there before and it is gorgeous! I love the water and Mystic is such a beautiful place! I am sure that you will be very happy there! When does the first issue of French Country come out and are you still printing Romantic Prairie Style magazine? I purchased the first copy and have not seen another issue since. Love all of your publications! Take care and please keep us informed about your move! Hugs, Leena

Fifi,
I'm so excited you're moving to Mystic, CT. I live in Suffield, CT, which is in Northern, CT about an hour away from Mystic! Haven't been to Mystic in years, but I think you'll love it there. You should also go to Old Saybrook, CT, which is a quaint, beautiful seaside town that you would love, too! I so hope to meet you one day or to run into you in CT! I want to go to the aquarium in Mystic sometime. Good luck with your move!
XoXo,

As much as we'll miss seeing you in that adorable Florida cottage where you spent so much time making it such an exquisite jewel, I know Mystic well and you will do an admirable job with whatever property you decide to make your home there.
Good luck sweet Fifi - we'll follow along with your dreams.

P.S. Great slide show - people will be gathering on the doorstep to be the lucky owner I'm certain.
